The service

Bubble Sheet Grader lets you print bubble answer sheets and grade scanned PDFs of those sheets in your web browser. Grading happens on your own device — your scanned files are never uploaded to us.

Accounts

You may use the grader without an account. Creating an account requires an email address and password, or sign-in with Google or Microsoft. You are responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials secure and for the activity that happens under your account.

Premium

Premium is a one-time payment of $10 per account. It unlocks analysis reports, scan history, and CSV export for unlimited scans — there is no subscription. Payments are handled by Stripe; we never see or store your card details. Premium is granted to your account when your payment is confirmed, and digital access begins immediately.

Acceptable use

The grader is meant for grading your own tests and quizzes. Don't use it to process content you don't have the right to use, don't attempt to break, overload, or reverse-engineer the service, and don't resell access to Premium.

No grading guarantee

Grading accuracy depends on print quality, scan quality, and how clearly bubbles are filled. Always spot-check results before relying on them. The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, and we are not liable for lost grades, misplaced data, or decisions made from grading results. You keep your own backups of anything important.

Your data

Scanned PDFs stay on your device and are never stored by us. What we do store — and how to delete it — is described in our Privacy Policy.

Termination

We may suspend or disable accounts that abuse the service. You can stop using it at any time, and you can ask us to delete your account and data through the Contact page.

Changes

We may update these terms as the service evolves. Material changes will be reflected on this page with a new "last updated" date.
